Term 4 Inquiry - Technology
My animal is the Kea
What does my animal need in its enclosure?
Sticks, ferns and leaves for the Kea to live in. Rocks and a
stream for water and for drinking.
What features did I add just for my animal and how are they
helpful?
Forest because when the bird is sleeping it needs to sleep in
a safe place.

Turtles Report
Turtles are reptiles and they are cold-blooded. They are
related to the dinosaur family.
DESCRIPION
Turtles have green shells and have four flippers to help
them swim. They have scaly skin.
LOCATION
Turtles live in the tropical ocean because they like the
warm water.
DYNAMICS
Turtles lay eggs in the sand. They lay soft-shelled eggs
like other reptiles.
One out of one thousand hatchlings will survive to adulthood.
